Review: I called Pete on Saturday morning and they were very busy this time of year. Despite this he spent an hour on the phone with me diagnosing the issue. His advice and support was offered for free. I was able to go grab a new transformer and replace the part myself and unit was up in running in no time. I highly recommend this company. Their number one goal is making their customers happy.

Review: Just had a great first experience with smart air. We are in the middle of a plumbing re-piping project when our AC stopped working. The plumbing company couldn’t figure out what they had done and when they sent their electrician, he could not figure out the problem either. So we decided to call Smart Air and they literally sent someone out less than 45 minutes after I called. Pete was very thorough and professional. It was a multi step process to figure out the various issues that had occurred, but he explained the entire thing and showed me where the problems were and fixed the issue pretty quickly. He was great to work with, and we will definitely be calling him in the future!
