Review: Over the past year, we have had countless contractors come out to look at our commercial AC unit. After their inspection, I would receive a 5 figure quote and was left with little explanation as to what needed to be done, and for what reasoning. To be completely honest, when we reached out to Randy to come give us a quote, I had expected the same experience, however it was nothing of the sort. Randy took the time to explain every little detail to me and answered every single one of my questions, no matter how silly it was. I had a detailed quote in my email, less than 10 hours later and then he still took the time to answer questions after that. I didn’t feel like I was being sold, but rather I was being informed of exactly where my money was going and why. He is timely, professional, genuine, and truly the perfect example of what all small business customer service should be. We have found our forever HVAC tech for all of our commercial businesses! I can’t say enough good about him. If you’re tired of not understanding your quotes or feeling rushed when speaking to contractors, I urge you to call Randy! 10/10 recommend!

Review: Fly HVAC is beyond a doubt the most honest and professional AC company I’ve dealt with in 5 decades worth of dealing with with them in the houston climate. Whether it is the commercial environment or residential.This was for home (residential ). Initial call back was thorough in questioning in regards to the situation, with his professional response as to how he would address this. He (Randy) said they would be here at a certain time and they were. No excuses of traffic or woke up late or can we reschedule. After a short introduction, Randy promptly got to work. Randy and his team worked efficiently to address the issue. His communications led to a prompt resolution as it should be . Review: Randy Fly and team are amazing! His guys are tenured employees that work like a finely tuned machine. Me being a contractor of 43 years was most impressed in all the details of prepping the site, final clean-up and workmanship. They replaced all my ducts and registers… and I could not tell that anyone was here to do this messy job after they left! Very impressive! Randy personally did a final check after completion!
