Review: Today, I called and asked for a regular maintenance service. Thomas, the owner, said our house does not need a service because the AC unit is too new, and it would be a waste of money. I was very much struck by his honesty. When my house needs a service, I will surely ask Thomas. If you are wondering which business to go to, I highly recommend Courtesy Air.

Review: Our test Air, I highly recommend them.They have promptly come out to repair both my AC and heater problems in a very timely fashion.In the past I’ve dealt mainly with Brad, who I trust and gain lots of knowledge from, but today a gentleman named Willie helped to resolve my heater issues. Another to notch representative of the company.I’m a real person giving you real comments.

Review: This is the only AC company I’ll ever use in Houston, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. They are extremely responsive and have great communication. They show up when they say they’re going to. They always try to troubleshoot and repair before considering replacement – they know their stuff. Pricing is more than reasonable. I’ve used this company for years and wouldn’t even consider calling anyone else.

Review: Brad was really great to chat on the phone about my AC issue and he was responsive in getting to my house to troubleshoot. From the get go he was informative about what he was going to try with my carrier unit and was transparent about why he was taking the steps he was.I appreciate that Brad was educational about my unit, asked questions to understand, explained what he could to me, and overall provided great customer service.This guy is no nonsense, honest, and I really appreciate the care and pride he has for his work.
