Review: My AC died and I contacted Cold Temp Air & Heat and spoke with Randall. I told him my problem he was out the next day and fixed it. He was fast, courteous and affordable. I highly recommend them for any AC or heating problem. Excellent service. I felt very comfortable with them in my house too.

Review: I had Randy check out the HVAC system at my property in Spring;the system was 20+ years old and needed to be replaced. Randy and his team proposed the installation of a new system at a reasonable price. They showed up as scheduled in the morning, and completed the installation that evening.I’m very satisfied with the installation quality and service that Cold Temp provided, and would recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Review: “This is Randall Cary owner of Cold Temp Air & Heat speaking in regards to negative comment. I had an old Employee fly in from Florida and could not remember my phone number so he googled me and called me and told me that some guy named Simon wrote a bad comment and posted it on Google. Well I immodestly researched this and found out that I never had a customer named Simon Simpson. This is one thing that Google can not stop is my competitors writing bad reviews . I am a Lifestyles Unlimited Real Estate Investor Club Vendor and this is where I get 99.9 % of my business. There are only four vendors on this list and I have over 50 positive reviews on this site. That’s why I do not like that just anybody can post a review. Even if I have never serviced your Air condition or Heating Equipment , anybody can post a bad review ! We recently installed an outdoor Condenser that came from the factory with fin coil damage and my tech did not see it for the hail guard that covers the condenser coils. The customer was very up set when he learned that the unit could not be taken back after installation. So to make him happy , I did not charge him for installing the condenser. I had to take a $ 1000 dollar loss on this one and if that’s not customer service , I don’t know what is ! We always strive to please are customers at Cold Temp Air & Heat . And that’s why I know for a fact that this Simon Simpson fella is not for real.”
