Review: I have used Strong Tower for a number of years now, and they have never let me down. I have a rental property and at that property and over the years they have replaced 2 Furnaces, 1 A/C system, and a water heater, they also inspect the A/C systems once a year. I am very satisfied with their work, their price and their communication. Review: My project was a house remodel to-the-stud and I particularly like how Strongtower designed the flow of my HVAC system. Since completion of my remodel though we’ve experienced several hiccups— to date the most serious being water damage to ceiling in the Primary Bath. This just happened as I write this review and upon my inspection, it appears the pipe(s) of the HVAC unit in the attic space directly above the Primary Bath was not screwed tightly hence the water leak. I intend to call Strongtower first thing in the morning and expect them to be responsive and immediately fix and remediate the problem (like they have been so far in my experience working with them). This is a positive in working with this locally owned small business, but I am not looking forward to the hassle and costs of repairing the drywall and ceiling due to water leak from pipe of HVAC!

Review: Adam has been helpful and one of the most experienced AC Techs that I’ve ever worked with. He needs a Raise but I’m going to give him a tip until I find out that he got a Raise. This AC Company is good with the repair cost. And I’m smiling because I’m not hot anymore.
