Review: Highly recommend!! It’s hard to find an honest, reliable A/C technician. I had a funky smell coming from my A/C so I called Cool-it Air to come check it out (and was probably just going to do an annual A/C maintenance). They were very accommodating as I had to reschedule a couple times. Vixiene came out timely and gave me some easy tips/tricks to resolve the issue and said I didn’t need any maintenance at the time. Saved me time and money and will definitely call them again for any future A/C issues!

Review: Best service person ever! After the freeze, we had mold in the systems. So the mold guy had to turn off all the systems to remove the mold. Yesterday, we had a great technician come out to get the systems back in place. Best service ever!

Review: The experience we had working with Vixiene and his Cool-It team was excellent, start to finish. We had to replace a 3-ton unit and after getting seven estimates, Cool-It had the equipment we wanted for the best price. Also, I can’t say enough about their level of workmanship and professionalism. Jorge and Mario installed the unit and although the job took nearly nine hours, we barely noticed they were here. Part of the reason it took so long, was because they noticed that the venting was not up to code. They decided they should completely reroute the ventilation. They didn’t ask, they just handled it. They also took extra care to make sure that the unit was level and secure. Upon completion, Vixiene even sat with me and helped register the equipment, to ensure the validity of the warranty. I cannot recommend Cool-It HVAC highly enough. A+++Services: A/C system dismantlement, Installation, HVAC duct & vent repair, Heating system installation, Install AC

Review: I had previously called another company because they came highly rated and had done a good job for us before. They sent a technician out that either had no idea what she was doing or her gauges/tools were bad/malfunctioning. She stated the coolant pressure was VERY low and that there was a leak in the system. She couldn’t find the leak, so her solution was to offer an “isolation test” to “find the leak,” which would cost $2200!! I told her no thank you and that I would seek a second opinion. I called Cool-It Air Conditioning and Heating. The owner of Cool-It, Vixiene, came out personally and performed diagnostics. He stated that not only was the coolant pressure COMPLETELY normal (not VERY low as the other tech stated), but that there was definitely no leak in the system either since the pressures were reading totally normal.I saved $2200 by calling Cool-It Air Conditioning. Vixiene, the owner of Cool-It Air Conditioning and Heating was VERY professional, courteous, and most importantly VERY knowledgeable. He was so nice, punctual, and did a great job. Because he found no issues with the system, he waived the diagnostic/service charge as a courtesy and told us just to monitor the system. He told us that if we had any further issues to call him and he would come right back out. I would without hesitation use Cool-It Air Conditioning and Heating again and would recommend them for any HVAC or heating needs that you might have. A heating/cooling company is only as good as the technicians that they send out, and I think that any tech that Vixiene sees fit to hire or trains in his company is going to be very knowledgeable about any issues that a residential property might be having.
