Review: Mine is more a 4.5 than a 5.0, but still a very positive review.I had to replace both my HVAC systems. Their price range is very reasonable, still they use top quality equipment. I browsed several contractors before picking Polar Air and ended up with them because they were offering me the best price without dropping equipment quality.They performed the job in a day and half (also very reasonable for the mole of job required). The minus half a point is for the following: technicians were not exactly careful while working inside the house (ended up with a wall messed up, sticky rubber on the floor and a broken door handler). To be fully honest though, I asked if they could fix it and indeed they thoroughly cleaned the floor, bit less thoroughly took care of the wall (will need bit of work on my end, but all manageable), and they are now willing to provide me with a tech that will fix the door handler.If you decide to do business with them, ask for Robert! Review: They wanted to charge me almost $500 to change my thermostat, which was the only issue going on with my air conditioner. I said no of course, but ended up losing the $100 inspection fee. Never trusting this company with my business again. Service: Repair HVAC

Review: My mother has used Polar Air many times in the last several years and has been very happy with them so we began using them as well recently for our 10 year old AC unit. They’re honest, reliable, and extremely responsive. Our tech, Oscar, is very knowledgeable, extremely nice and professional. I highly recommend this company.
