Review: Called Take Air to see about a coupon offer I found in ValuPak. Nick was accommodating and scheduled a time that worked for me. When the rain cancelled our original appointment, he still found a way to get us in that week and even showed up a few minutes early. He quickly did an evaluation, and his team got to work. They were able to complete their work in under an hour. I was happy to see they didn’t leave any mess behind.

Review: They were fantastic! Helped with payment options as well as getting the best deal possible! My home is old and I just moved and the ducts needed some major attention! They did great we’re respectful of my home and time. Very satisfied customer who will be returning!

Review: I did not have a great experience with this company. I received a call from the manager, Mrs. Emily, in regards to receiving a carpet treatment from them. She even was going to give a Veteran Discount since I am a proud U.S. NAVY Veteran. After I scheduled my appointment, I forgot to give her my e-mail so she can e-mail me the appointment confirmation. The next day, I texted my e-mail to her, and I did not receive an appointment confirmation in about two days. Because of that, I called and asked her for her to cancel my appointment because I feel most comfortable receiving an e-mail confirmation. She was nice enough to cancel my appointment though. I do not know why she did not e-mail me an appointment confirmation. I will just stick with this other carpet cleaning company that will clean my place ois. I deserve an apology. Until I receive an apology, I do not recommend this company if you are looking for appointment confirmation in writing, digitally.

Review: I highly suggest this company if you think you might need to clean your ducts. My technician Nick was awesome to work with and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I was starting to have issues drying my clothes and was frankly unaware that these ducts needed to be cleaned. Nick and his crew were able to help diagnosis and fix the issue in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. Since then everything is running very smoothly, and I can’t thank Nick and his team enough for their help. I would highly recommend hiring this company if you think there may be an issue with your ducts. Thanks again to Nick and the entire TakeAir team!
