Review: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.I had an AC unit installed back in June 2023. My husband just passed away leaving me a single mother of 3 children. Being a single mother makes me an easy target to get taken advantage of by companies like this one.I was in dire need of an AC unit and this company was recommended to me by word of mouth so I called them to schedule an appointment for the installation. I was notified that a crew was going to stop by in the morning but being a single mother I work 24/7 so I was not going to be able to stay home and supervise the installation. Crew member notified me that everything was going to be worked on from outside and they would not have to enter the house. I live in a trailer that had just been remodeled inside and out. Crew did not call me to notify that they would be removing and demolishing all the insulation that had been previously installed when we remodeled. After the installation was done crew called me to let me know everything went well and it’s ready to go as a professional company they claim to be I confided in them and left it at that.Fast forward to September 2023 I had someone come do maintenance for skirting that needed to be replaced only to come find out the HUGE DISASTROUS MESS that awaited me. I was in complete utter shock and disbelief of how bad the destruction was. I immediately called them to let them know of the situation but was only met with disappointment.It was a lot of back and fourth and empty promises. I kept calling MULTIPLE TIMES asking how could this be resolved and it was always the same thing we’ll have someone come out there to check it out and nothing. After calling so many times they finally let me know they would be sending someone out here to check it out. LIES! No one ever showed up just felt stupid waiting around missing a day of work just to be lied to.Eventually we came to an agreement that they would pay for the expenses of all the materials needed to cover the damages and mess left behind. The estimated total to replace all damages was about $1.5k minus the labor. 1st they told me a check would be coming in the mail, waited about 2 weeks nothing. CALLED AGAIN, this time I was told someone would be stopping by to deliver the check in person. ONCE AGAIN missed another day of work just to feel stupid all over again just for another no call no show.This company only cares about one thing and that is your money. They’ll be all nice to you in the beginning to get you into their scheme and once they get your money they forget about you. Please do not waste your time on this company. Air Rey is not worth the stress, carelessness and flat out nonexistent customer service. Till this day they have not contacted me to apologize or given me an actual resolution. Attached are the pictures of all the damages and mess I had to deal with because of their incompetence and lack of communication.Also the auto response they send out whenever they receive a bad review just shows their lack of genuine customer service and empathy.
