Review: Refreshing and honest!We rated this 5 stars because this was one of the best experiences we’ve had with an AC & heating company. Chris was our AC specialist / technician and we really appreciated the service and support received today! Chris was personable, knowledgeable and refreshingly honest. He had exceptional customer service skills and welcomed the questions we asked. In fact, he took the time to explain and was open and honest about the work that needed to be performed including upgrades to our current system. We recently joined as Club Members and glad we did! Because of our favorable customer experience with Chris, One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating will remain at the top of our list! Thank you!

Review: Great Service from one hour air conditioning and heating. The service technician explained how the system works and what I needed to do to get the system running properly. Also I will be contacting them to have the drain line moved to the outside of the house.

Review: Roberto Aguilar’s installation team did an excellent job. His team was extremely courteous and professional. They installed our mini splinters and let us know every step of the way what they were doing! They were extremely polite and professional in asking where we wanted each remote mounted. If you are looking for an air and heating unit company, I would highly recommend One Hour Air Conditioning and heat. They are a 5 star company and the best I’ve ever worked with. Thank you so much to Roberto and his installation team, for making our experiencea smooth process.We also enjoyed our service with James Thompson. He was prompt and extremely patient in answering all of our questions and detailed oriented! We had a Fantastic Experience!!!

Review: Alejandro and his co-worker did a great job! They were courteous, professional and thorough! There was one very minor issue with one of the wires that they came back and quickly fixed. I appreciate their work ethic and the fact that they were interested and made the effort and took the time to do the installation correctly. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.
