Review: Do not use this company if you want quality and customer service. During installation of a new AC a tech damaged hallway paint, trim, drywall and new carpeting 2 days before an open house for buyers. I’ve made many attempts to reach someone, providing photos and seeking compensation for repairs. The service manager didn’t respond. A technician said, “This is above my pay grade.” In response to email and texts showing the damage, a customer service representative sent this response: “Where are the receipts.” I asked to speak to a manager, and she said no manager was available. One bright spot is after the home inspection, I had a tech service a dripping emergency condensation line and gas leak at the fireplace. Jimmy Ortutay expertly removed a fireplace tile without damage to cap a gas line behind the wall. I’ve been a customer of Mission AC for 14 years with no issues until now.

Review: Might be a good AC Company, but your techs have poor customer service and bad judgement. As I moved my vehicle off the street for commercial yard service day…they pulled right up front & parked 2 vans as the landscapers were working…I asked them politely to move down a bit & the negative verbal confrontation began. Thank you to the office for having the crews move. By the way the service address was 1 block over & 6 houses down and 1 nicer crew member did pick up your rags.

Review: Edit- I spoke with the plumbing manager and he apologized for my bad experience and tried to explain why things happened the way they did. He did refund the $49 trip fee since they weren’t able to keep the appointment within the time frame they gave me. Something he told me that is good to know is that they pay by the job and not by the hour. So it doesn’t matter how quick or how long the job takes, it is a set price. I do appreciate that he took the time to call me and that he wanted to make things right.Original Review – I had used this plumbing company a couple of years ago before they were bought by Mission A/C and had a great experience, so I thought I would use them again even though they do more than just plumbing. My appointment was scheduled between 8 am and 12 pm. I didn’t hear anything from them all morning long, so I called them at noon and lo and behold my technician was held up on a job that was 45 minutes away from me. So my whole morning was wasted waiting for them and they didn’t value me enough as a customer to let me know they couldn’t keep the appointment they gave me.When he finally did get there in the afternoon, there were two of them for a one man job. All I needed was a shower cartridge replaced, the estimate he gave me was for $422. I asked him how much the part cost and he told me he didn’t know the exact cost, but that the cost included the part, their time and experience, etc. I asked him how long it would take to replace it and he told me 15-20 mins. I thanked him for his time and wrote him a check for the $49 trip fee. I asked if the trip fee would have been included in the total cost and he said no, it would be in addition to it. He said some companies do that, but they don’t.I ended up buying the cartridge and the special tool it needs for $60, it did take me 2 hours to complete the job. I was prepared to pay up to $250 for a 20 minute job, but this was way excessive.

Review: Casey called and advised me of his arrival time and followed that up with an email and text that included his photo. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue. He offered me a quote which I accepted and he completed the work in an expedient manner. He also suggested some improvements I can make, which I am considering. Happy with Casey’s work.
