Review: Tom with Smart Comfort Services was great. He helped me work through my home warranty company who were a bit difficult to work with but Tom helped in the process. Tom communicated very frequently with updates which was helpful in the replacement of my furnace on my rental property. Highly recommend Tom for you AC/furnace needs in Houston. I’ll have him on speed dial for my future needs!

Review: Smart Comfort Services does not put a customer service contact phone number on their furnace and my A/C was not working. So I Googled the company and an angel Tom Lee (independent contractor) answered me and stepped me carefully thru each step by step to program my Ecobee thermostat. Thank you Tom Lee for your expertise and all your patience, you didn’t have to do what you did for us as many would of just said sorry I can’t help you you’re not in my area. Again we really appreciated your kindness and again the expert knowledge you’ve been blessed with. Take care

Review: Highly recommended. I was assigned Tom through Liberty Home Warranty when the water heater broke. Tom reached out to schedule the visit and filed the claim with the warranty company immediately. He was so attentive and ensured to follow up to speed things along, it was especially appreciated it since it was winter and we needed hot water. He is very professional and provided superb service.

Review: I payed tom 75$ just to diagnose the problem with my ac unit. He told me it was my evaporator coil that was bad and wanted to charge me 1500$ to change it. My ac is only 1 1/2 years old . So i knew something wasn’t right. I had someone come to give a second opinion. They told me it just needed to be cleaned and ac pressure was good. They didn’t even charge me. Wow! This guy wanted to con me for 1500$ and I didn’t even need that. He told me he was trustworthy and honest person. He is honest to himself and nobody else . Trying to scam people that need help and work hard for their money unlike him. This guy is a piece of trash and i know now to stay away from this company. If you want someone to play you for a fool go for it. Pay him for his vacation and fix something that doesn’t need to be fixed and leave a family in debt and no money to pay the bills . Tom is your guy! Youve been warned.
