Review: Jonathan has been our AC technician for over a year now. My wife and I were so impressed with his customer service and professionalism that we requested to have him as our sole tech for any AC services at our home. Jonathan is not only really good as his job, but he is always honest and provides us with the knowledge needed for any issues in order to make the best decisions. He also provides data and a detailed write up along with pictures after each service. Review: I purchased and had installed a new AC Condenser. Fantastic and professional service from start to finish. Bridgette provided the most understandable (and affordable) estimate and answered all my questions. Jeff and Daniel ensured the installation went smoothly. After installation a separate Quality Control check was performed end-to-end to make sure everything was functioning properly. I highly recommend using this company !!!

Review: This is truly the most professional and efficient HVAC company I’ve every used. They are very knowledgeable and quickly came up with a plan to remedy a disastrous multi-zoned AC system I had that never really worked. It was a huge job in an old house that no one else wanted to touch, but these guys completed the whole new install in one day. They literally left my house cleaner than how they found it. Not a spec of dust in site. I highly recommend them and only wish I had heard about them many years ago. They even schedule a follow up quality control service call to make sure everything is functioning as expected.Great service on every level. It’s not often that we can say that these days!

Review: Just had three of my HVAC units maintained by Northwind. This company is one of the most trusted HVAC company in Houston – simply from the time they installed my unit almost 2 years ago till now they have not stopped short in ensuring that the customer service is kept to a high level! They are responsive, detailed, professional. Jonathan showed up today and I can feel he is credible and reliable, a trusted technician and knows what he is doing! He’s courteous and helpful to also clear the vent lines, checked for coolant leak, etc. I highly recommend Northwind and thanks Jonathan for hiking up to the quality this company stands for!Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance
