Review: This company was nothing less than phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and very professional. We replaced both our AC Units with them and the quote they gave us was much more reasonable than other quotes we have gotten. They have great customer service and quick response time and gave us a lot of information on how we can keep the systems running for as long as possible. Review: Adrian and his teammates created a seamless, low-stress furnace-replacement process, and they left us with a wonderful impression of HVAC Heroes. They were respectful and attentive at every stage, from the initial assessment to the installation and afterwards. Adrian was comprehensive in addressing our questions and patient with our deliberation while reviewing options. In addition to accommodating our schedule, the actual work was completed quickly and thoroughly. Even outside of business hours, his communication was consistent, helpful, and honest.

Review: Hvac Heroes has come through for me several times. When I call they respond immediately and usually are able to visit the same day. Jordan was always friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He clearly explained everything, was transparent about the problems, and offered a reasonable price. They have replaced a condenser and a connector on our condo a/c units in ’23 and ’24.I give them 5/5 stars and would recommend them any day to solve your A/C issues.

Review: My furnace broke down out of blue. It was Saturday. Fortunately HVAC Heroes got to my place to check in 30 minutes and gave me a through analysis.Since the furnace was already 20+ years old, I decided to change it as well as the compressor.Considering a lot of money to replace the whole system, HVAC Heroes also gave me a quote of replacing the furnace only.I compared 4 quotes, and eventually decided to go with HVAC Heroes. Their price was reasonable, and they could install the whole system the soonest, even on the President’s Day!They came on time, and finished the job with quality. I later learned that they came from Houston to Austin to finish the work, because their Austin crew had trouble. I really appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism!Services: Heating system installation, Install AC
