Review: Be Cool is the way to go for AC & Heating needs. They are extremely thorough, prices are very reasonable for the great work they do. They are knowledgeable and explain in very simple terms what they are doing. They also don’t make you feel pressured to buy extra services or parts. They explain what you need and why it is beneficial and leave it up to you to decide. Be good to your AC and choose Be Cool!

Review: I think I have left a review before but Be Cool never stops being amazing. From dispatch to technicians they not only care about your business but they care about you. I truly feel like if you are left to sleep without AC, they feel it too. Wonderful people, wonderful company.

Review: We are extremely pleased with our service from Beau and his son Beau Jr. Our scheduled time was between 12-2 pm and he showed up early at 11:30 am which was very nice. He and his son did a thorough check of our AC system, and fixed the problem which was that our heater was not blowing any warm air. He was so professional and a great technician that he diagnosed the issue and gave us a suggestion that will fix the problem that we have with our current system. I have never had company that cared so much as to check all points to diagnose the problem. He and his son spent over an hour at my house to fix the problem. Yet, at the end he gave us a discount to save us money on this service call, and gave us a really great maintenance plan that we can use with their company in the future …now that’s great customer service and genuine “we care” type of customer service. Most other companies don’t care as much and will just charge an arm and a leg to rake you up the you know what, Beau didn’t do that he kept checking everything and asked us a lot of questions to properly diagnose the problem with our AC/ heating unit. Best AC company I have dealt with in Houston!! I highly recommend them to anyone!! Thanks again Beau and Beau Jr.

Review: We are very pleased with the service which we have received from Be Cool A/C & Heating. During the past year they have provided us with various types of service, from major component replacement to regular service calls at our home. The response has been quick and work has been excellent. We have no complaints.The customer service reps and the dispatchers keep you informed on the schedule for your work and notifications when the service crew is headed to your location. I like their practice of contacting the customer over the next day or two after the work to make sure that the system is performing as it should.I personally like the owner, Beau Brown. Not only is Beau the owner of the business but he also makes service calls to customer homes. He understands the business and knows what is needed. For us, he has always made sure that all service was done on schedule and done correctly. I trust Beau.Be Cool will be our choice from now on.Services: HVAC system repair, Installation
