Review: Have used AC Comfort since 2017. They have helped us with repairs to our old unit to bring it a little extra life. They have also helped us with the replacement of our new unit in 2018. They are responsive, educated, on time and super knowledgeable at what they are doing. When we were selecting our new AC unit, they guided us through the entire process and made it as seamless and easy as possible. The installation crew worked in extreme heat (June) but got the job done so we could enjoy the luxury of AC again. Ever since the install we have been on their service agreement, which is at an extremely reasonable rate, where they come and service our AC in the spring and our Heater in the fall (you know the few days it gets cooler here in Texas). In fact, I just got off the phone with them a few minutes ago scheduling our fall visit. They knew the exact size of air filter I needed to obtain so they can change it when they arrive for the service. We recommend them to family and friends and they never let us down! Thanks AC Comfort for always being COOL and doing a stand up job!

Review: Excellent education about the state of our compressor, the refrigerant status, current communication between the thermostat and unit, coils, etc. They were personable, knowledgeable and listened to our needs. They provided sound advice to support our decision making for repairs vs a new unit. We appreciated their honesty and that they wore shoe boots for floor protection. Great team and plan to recommend and use them in the future.

Review: AC Comfort is a fantastic company. From Ray, Vicki and every technician that has worked at our house we have been impressed with at every step in the process. If you want someone who is genuine, trustworthy and who truly cares about their customers call them. Even though it was late on a Friday night when our AC went out Ray came out and was able to help get us back up and running.
