Review: Thoroughly inspect any work this company does. Long story short, earlier in the year I had to replace failed coils on my HVAC system that Premier previously installed (initially I was relieved because they were still under warranty). Fast forward to now, someone recommended I have another company do an annual inspection/maintenance. Within an actual minute their technician showed me pervasive mold growth in the supply plenum and into the duct work. He inspected Premier’s work and said their tech didn’t properly seal the unit which is likely the cause. A couple thousand dollars later, here I am.

Review: horrible customer service. This company does not care about servicing your business, will leave you without AC or heat for over a week even if you use them regularly for maintenaqnce.

Review: We had the best experience with premier. We called on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 when our upstairs ac went out. We already had a bid from a company and knew we needed a new fan motor. Shawn stopped by Friday evening 6:30 to put eyes on the unit and was back at 9:30 am on Saturday to repair it. The cost was incredibly reasonable and Shawn even texted Monday morning to make sure everything was working well. I’m so impressed by Premier AC and heating.Service: A/C system repair

Review: We just moved into a new home and called Premier based on a trusted co-worker’s recommendation; it seemed like the old owner didn’t perform routine maintenance on ANYTHING. Shaun, who is absolutely amazing at his profession, identified a clogged line before it caused long-term damage to our unit. He needed to follow-up with a second visit (the very next day at 6pm), but it was understandable given our situation. Shaun even found an issue with how our existing water heater was installed.We would recommend Premier to anyone.Services: A/C system maintenance, Repair HVAC
