Review: I came to house sit for my daughter in Spring, Texas. I noticed the back flow preventer was leaking, possibly damaged during the freeze. I remembered hearing about Nick’s Plumbing and A/C from a radio show and I called them. A technician was out within a few hours and had everything repaired. His name was Valton Povataj and he was very nice efficient with his work. Thank you for getting this repaired to save on my daughters water bill.

Review: Generally, everyone hates having to pay a company to get their AC fixed. I’m one of those people. However, I can’t help but be impressed with the service and professionalism of Nicks Pluming & Air. I called on a Wednesday at 10am. They had Carlos Banegas on site by 3pm and within an hour he had fixed 2 separate issues with my air conditioning. I paid for one and the other was more than I could afford on the spot. Carlos, put a temporary fix on my unit as well as bid to fix the issue in the future. Awesome!The only issue I had was a slight overcharge on which was listed and documented on the invoice. After calling dispatch, John Eccles had the issue fixed before I arrived at work the next day.I’m a first-time home buyer and given my experience I would confidently recommend Nick’s Plumbing & Air to my personal Friends and Family.

Review: I used Nicks recently and was very pleased. The serviceman arrived on time as scheduled and was very pleasant and personable. He had the necessary tools to work on my issue and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. I recommend Nicks and will use them again.

Review: After another plumbing company failed to show up for their planned installation, Nicks Plumbing arrived when contacted. Was professional and cost competitive. Did a good job and I was happy. I’ll certainly use Nicks Plumbing again

Review: PRICE GOUGING.I had a pipe bust during the last freeze and unfortunately had to travel to Mexico for a wedding that week. I called Nick’s and they were able to come out that Thursday, the day I arrived in Mexico. I got a call from the technician who made it sound like I had a huge problem and would send me an invoice by email. Our phone connection was bad so I didn’t get a chance to discuss things in detail. I received an invoice for $1,425.00. I considered that very high but signed it anyway because I was at a disadvantage not being there in person and not having the luxury of taking bids since I was out of the country. I came to find out that only one pipe was repaired and they charged me $699.00 for having to crawl under the house. I also looked at the time stamps on the text messages that the technician sent me and it only took him 50 minutes to complete the job.When I got home I called a supervisor to see if I could get this reduced but got no where with him. I asked him twice if he thought these were reasonable charges but he would not answer, just kept to referring to the invoice I approved.Nick’s will definitely take advantage of people in tough spots.02/21/2024: I followed up with a call to find resolution and they took 145.20 off the total. This made it 1306.80 to repair JUST ONE pipe. After listening to a guy named John try to justify this enormous charge I am still convinced that they took advantage of a situation.
