Review: We built a brand new home and our custom builder used High Performance for our heating and AC set up. We’ve had a few issues (expected with any new home) but to my wife and I, it comes down to what is done about it and how quickly is it handled. They are amazing and super responsive! They even proactively caught a few issues they were monitoring we didn’t know about. They have taken great care of us and their technicians are all reliable, professional, punctual and very nice people. We highly recommend them and we will be using them for our yearly maintenance moving forward also!

Review: We needed assistance on short notice and HPHS got someone out in less than 12 hours, on Super Bowl weekend. So far we are very happy with the system, and the installation process (for 2 units) was done very meticulously. They seem to pay a lot of attention to the details and we had wonderful customer service. We’re in the Woodlands and would have no problem recommending them to others.

Review: The High Performance Home Systems Team was quick to help out with my HVAC issue. Very quick and helpful response to questions, gave recommendations on HVAC improvements but didn’t push them on me, fair pricing as well. Scott came out to diagnose the issue and Joe and Joel were out within a few days to make a quick repair to an HVAC issue.
