Review: I reached out to Baker Jones one morning when I woke up to a broken air conditioner. Even on such short notice (I called them first thing Monday morning when they opened), Ron made it a point to come out and take a look. Ron was able to make time to check my air conditioner himself (I didn’t know he was the president of the company!) just a few hours after spoke, identified the problem, communicated with me honestly, and repaired my a/c unit! After dealing with several other companies, I was really impressed with Ron’s kindness, professionalism, expertise, fairness, and HONESTY. I can’t thank or recommend them enough, and I will definitely reach out if I ever need their assistance or expertise!Services: A/C system maintenance, Repair HVAC

Review: Over the last 40 years we have owned eight homes and worked with numerous HVAC companies. Baker Jones is simply the best AC company we have ever worked with. Before choosing them we talked with four other companies. They easily stood out as the most professional. They replaced our AC and heating systems. Review: My family and I have been customers of Baker-Jones for over 20 years. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a 20. Their service is exceptional. Their technicians and customer service representatives provide great and timely assistance. I can not give any “except for” comments, because I’ve never had any. In my book they are the best HVAC company in town.

Review: Baker Jones has time and time again displayed why they are one of the best HVAC businesses in all of Houston. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 9 years and have always been amazed by their great customer service and the quality of their work. They have done great work in the 2 houses that I’ve lived in. Every person I’ve recommended them to has also been incredibly satisfied. 5 stars, two thumbs up, 10/10!

Review: The Baker-Jones Co. installers were very professional, thorough, and caring when it came to the installation of our new indoor/outdoor system. Ron mentioned it took more time because they were concerned with not creating more sheetrock work than necessary. They used drop cloths, vacuumed, and was very careful to leave the area spotless. We would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services. They are the absolute best!
