Review: Huge rip off. Called them to have two valves replaced for my AC unit and the technician simply installed insulation and added duct tape over the pipes and sent me a bill for $500. These people are a huge rip off buyer beware!

Review: Jasmine the receptionist who answers the call is very rude and condescending. I requested for a service and my appointment was made between 8am-5pm. Mind you, i specifically said I am only available until 3pm. She called me at 4pm telling me they cant come because they are fully booked today. Like what is my appointment for? Nobody even gave me an update the whole day I was waiting. Atleast just a courtesy to their customer. He apology was fake and you can hear from her voice that she don’t care about their customer. If I have a choice I wouldn’t even want to deal with them anymore!
