Review: Gilbert came back today for his third and final trip. He was successful in fixing our a/c and making sure our thermostat, power board and blower motor were working properly. I can’t thank him and Airtron for the continued service of the highest quality.

Review: Jose and Keith took the time to properly identify the problems, diagnose the issue, and resolve them. They also walked me through what they found and how they resolved it and happily answered any questions. Both of these gentlemen took pride in their work and ensured the job was done right, which as a homeowner is what you want at the end of the day.

Review: I had scheduled an appointment with them twice, and every single time, they said the technician would be there between 12pm and 5pm. Then, right at 5pm They called me and said the tech was ready to head my way. The first time, he didn’t show up until 630pm. The second time was exactly the same. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. They really do not value your time as a customer. I would not recommend this at all. They look like they have high rating, but I am certain all the bad reviews are paid to be buried all the way at the bottom so that you dont see. please be aware of this company.

Review: Keith was very thorough and helpful. He was willing to spend time answering my questions and explaining my system.Edit: Keith and Jose returned to replace parts under our warranty. They provided great customer service and took the time to explain the repairs that were made, suggest how to optimize our system, and answered all of my questions. Very happy with the service we’ve received from these two guys.
