Review: Responded same day. I had the misfortune of dealing with my property management service to facilitate a repair on one of the hottest months in the year, triple digit weather. Review: Very honest reliable and and in the heat of summer they fix my AC unit same day. I shopped around for many vendors for my home. They say to have 3, Home Depot being one coming out at $13,000 and without even opening up any of the equipment. He basically just went around typed in his iPad and didn’t even diagnose the problem. It was more so just to get your money they don’t care if it’s just one part that needs to be fixed they’re selling you the whole unit. But Walter took his time went to my attic took out my air filter show me pictures of my evaporator coil. He went above and beyond just to help me understand the concept. Yes I can just change the evaporator coil like another vendor suggested, but keep in mind that my home was old and require the Freon that cost millions of dollars. So I went with his recommendation New HVAC w/ furnace brand new in the box at a great price.Call them today!!
