Review: ABACUS TO THE RESCUE AGAIN! My technician ChrisCastro and his “A TEAM” Gary and Thomas did a great job in replacing and fixing leaky pipes and more. Not only were they professional but they went above and beyond to help me, and were knowledgeable, KIND, and empathetic. Chris explained everything they had to do and showed me everything they worked on and how to open and close the valves if I ever need to shut the water off. Great job guys! I’ve used Abacus many times and will continue using ABACUS!

Review: Great installation and after care by ABACUS Houston. They quoted me for 2 full HVAC Units (LENNOX) on Thursday, kicked off installation on Friday with a very experienced crew. The team worked very transparent and had great housekeeping skills keeping their work area’s clean and more importantly safe. On startup one of the condensers was making exceptional noise compared to the other (Two identical units), they returned on Monday to troubleshoot but could not pinpoint the issue. On Tuesday they came back again, troubleshooted and decided to replace the entire unit (Condenser). The noise issue was directly resolved and both units now are silent and run very smooth, what a great upgrade from my old HVAC system. Now that is after care, customer service and customer centricity to its best level and the exact reason why I chose for a company like ABACUS.Thank you Monjur, David, Eduardo, Ramiro, Doug and the rest of the ABACUS Team for your quick installation and aftercare and using your experience to resolve the noisy unit.Eric V.Houston Texas.

Review: I have New American Standard equipment purchased in 2012. I just wanted to continue an annual maintenance plan as I have since purchased and thought a bigger name would be a better service so I purchased what I thought was the standard plan like everyone else offers for $200 annually as we have 2 stories. The technician stated that the downstairs unit was probably low on coolant because of his readings. He stated he believed it has a leak but said he’d have to charge me $240 to do a leak test. When I asked if maybe the coolant was just a little low He said he’d have to charge me to add coolant. He quickly went to what I believe he wanted to do all along which was to try to quote me a new system. I stopped him and asked what type of “maintenance” my “maintenance plan” included. He informed me that what I paid for was an inspection only. I know the difference and that was not what I was told at the time I purchased this plan. Bottom line is I paid good money for what I thought was an annual maintenance plan but there was no maintenance performed, only a sales visit. What a sham and I certainly expected more from a company like Abacus.

Review: Thanks for the quick reply on the residual issues that arose after the job was done. From the first estimate to the completion all were great to work with in what turned out to be a challenging job on a difficult timeline. Took 2 teams but each was tireless, and all very concerned about their work and making sure it met expectations. My brothers were helping me and all remarked how professional the whole operation was. Review: We recently called Abacus to repair an AC failure. After being educated by the very knowledgeable professionals at Abacus, we ended up replacing the entire HVAC system. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic. Excellent customer service and they have the best warranty so we’ll have peace of mind for many years. We just had our system inspected by the city today and it was approved. We’re very happy with Abacus and I greatly appreciate the time they took to teach me what I needed to know to make informed decisions.
