Review: Dusty, John and team were exceptional. Had another co out to diag my issue told I had to get new equip ductwork etc for $15k+. John came quick figured out ac drain line wasn’t dripping because it was disconnected. Other co w warranty co didn’t even catch that because it was under some foam. Then John verified my evap coil was sufficient for my new unit ( other co said it wasnt).My airflow was bad on my addition (flat roof) Stafford sent me an est for dampers to redirect the air. (10% of org est from other co) They came out this am and did the job in about 2 hrs and cleaned up. I highly recommend Dusty John and team! Thanks so much!!

Review: I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at Stafford Air of Bellaire and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, their service was exceptional and their expertise was evident in every aspect of the job.Firstly, their customer service was top-notch. The team was friendly, professional, and always available to answer any questions I had. They were also incredibly efficient, arriving on time and completing the job in a timely manner.The quality of their work was outstanding. They took the time to thoroughly assess my AC system and provided me with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. They were also very transparent about pricing and provided me with a fair and competitive quote.The installation process was seamless and the team was very respectful of my home. They left the work area clean and tidy, and even took the time to walk me through how to use my new system.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Stafford Air of Bellaire. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the end result. Review: If I could give 10 stars on my experience I would. It was almost 5 o’clock on the Sunday before Labor Day and I noticed my ceiling dripping water. Stafford Air was the second place I called and I was greeted with the kindest person on the other end of the phone, we shall refer to her as Mother Mary. If it weren’t for her, I’m fairly certain my AC would have eventually fallen through the ceiling maybe, probably. Mrs. Mary told me they were done for the day but she could hear the concern in my voice so she made a call and found someone willing to come save the day. By the end of our phone call Mrs. Mary was my hero. Colby came out and had the very best personality. He fixed my AC without any problems and even tried to educate me on how I could prevent the problem in the future. Moving forward, I’ll never use a different HVAC company. These people are saints. I’m forever grateful.
