Review: We bought a part for our water heater that we ended up not needing. The man in the parts department was very rude and refused to take the part back, stating that it had been used. He finally decided to return half of the money. I will not be returning ever! After reading other reviews it sounds like other parts from other customers were returned without any problems.

Review: Woke up to these guys parked right backed up infront of my truck to where I had to come out and help my lady park it to where the post office cant service my mailbox (the post office wont get out the truck to service the mailbox in my area) mind you blocking the house their servicing as well. Asked the guy of he can move up and has a additude with me which I replied if you hit my truck we’ll have bigger problems. Dudes trying to get a pipe out the top of the van and struggling at that. Then this other guy comes up when I come back out to grab something from my truck which he proceeds to get in my face and act aggressively which I had to tell him touch me and find out for him to back up. When I proceeded to grab a photo of the company van so i can call to report them the guy still acted aggressive shouting the number which hey guess what its his. Found out after from my spouse turns out they where also talking to the customer (my neighbor) with additude as well which I’m sure he has no other option as this is after the freeze and all the good companies are booked. Can’t wait for the response from them for posting this but it’s just a warning to possible or even current customers I’d never I’m my life use them or recommend them.

Review: Are you having problems with your air conditioner and don’t know who to trust? You can trust Young Plumbing & Heating! I had a horrible experience yesterday with another company (they told me they couldn’t fix my AC for 5 days because of parts they needed), so I called Young Plumbing & Heating and told them what was going on. They showed up in 30 minutes (I waited 10 hours for the other guy) and they fixed my AC within 2 hours (they went to get parts). Not only did they fix my AC, they also told me that the other company was trying to charge me for something I didn’t need. Thank you Young Plumbing & Heating!

Review: I had been using them since I bought that house 30 plus years ago, I will never call them again. I call them early one day because my AC unit stopped working. 2 technicians came out shoved their way into my house, when up to my attic forcm 20 minutes and then left, they didn’t say anti they just left. Finally I called them 2 hours later and was told by some rude kid AC was not gonna work again and he hung up on me. I called Ainsworth and they came out the next morning early and installed a brand new unit professionally and wonderfully.
