Review: I had my kitchen faucet replacement last week and am very satisfied with Blackmon’s services. They only charged me one hour labor at a very reasonable price compared with other plumbing companies that tried to charge me $195-$295 (Gxxxx Slam, MxP, Chxxxx) for just replacement. The technician was very friendly, unfortunately I don’t have his name. I highly recommend them and will use them if needed. Of course, hope they can keep this good business philosophy and culture.Service: Faucet installation

Review: I found a leak in my attic. I attempted a repair with no avail. I contacted Blackmon and spoke with Brett. I am always supper cautious and skeptical about after hours repairs. Brett walk me through the process in which I shared photos of my problems. He told me exactly what it would take with timeline. Brett arrived on scene and executed to exactly what he said. Brett was 100% upfront and honest and delivered on exactly what he said he would do. The quote was right on target and I’m glad I made the decision with Blackmon.

Review: The folks at Blackmon have a customer first attitude. They do what they say and say what they do. Michael came by after the job was completed to double check that all is well. 5 plus stars are earned and their business deserves to be the first you call. The mark of a superior company is…what do they do if something goes wrong ? Well I’ll tell you what they did after one of their installers slipped off the tiny attic platform and punched a hole with his leg poking through the drywall ceiling ! Fortunately the unlucky fellow was not injured. Upon Michael notifying the shop Mr. Blackmon sent out a drywall installer and painter and the very next day the hole was patched with new drywall and texturing. Their painter upon seeing the color of the paint I intended to use, went over to S-W with a piece of the ceiling and returned providing the correct color selection.I know quality workmanship being a retired electrical fabricator of 46 years experience. In addition they repainted not just the patched area but they went beyond and blended the entire section of the ceiling (330 sq ft) to match ! That is incredible example of forward thinking on Shane’s professionalism. NOT SORRY, for the wordy reference, Blackmon is worth it !Bob Lustig 9/14/2020Service: Water heater installation

Review: There Warranty process does not support the customer at all I understand that money needs to be made but standby by your warranty service. You’re charging $150 to check a Hotwater Heater that has a 5 year parts warranty and 6 year warranty on the tank to see if its leaking ridiculous pricing. Stand behind the product you sale to customers. Not to mention another $1500.00 for a Atic install after you sold faulty equipment straight Crooks.Service: Water heater installation
