Review: Mark and his grandson came out on a Sunday to install this huge window AC for me in my upstairs apartment. They did an amazing job and were great to talk to while doing the install and even took time to go to the store and pick up the much needed support bracket that I failed to buy with the AC. These guys are truly my and my ferrets HEROS!!!

Review: When our AC went out, I called Chip and Dale and Mark answered and he was so nice, but he couldn’t come out to our house until later in the afternoon. This was this past Saturday and it was hot in our house so we called a bigger company thinking they would have the parts available or able to get the parts quickly to fix it. I called Mark to let him know we called someone else and he was appreciative that we called him first and said thank you. Very polite! The other company’s tech came, was rude and couldn’t fix the problem until Monday. I called the other company Monday morning to talk to someone but they had to call me back. My gut said to call Mark back. I did and they fixed our AC (didn’t have to replace something that the other company said we would have to replace). Nick was very sweet. professional, and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and use them again!Service: A/C system repair

Review: Our AC froze up and we were miserable. Chip& Dale came to the rescue and could not have been more pleased with the service that was provided to us. Mark identified the problem quickly and within the hour we were back up and running. We called them based on the reviews and that they were local. We highly recommend this company based on quality of work, professionalism and pricing.
