Review: I love the way this company sends messages with the technicians picture showing me who’s coming to do the work call. My technician, Louis, was professional and explained the dilemma with my water heater in terms I could understand. He repaired the complication with the pipes and now I have hot water. Review: So, I called this companies today. 2 times a lady answered, the first time I was told I had the wrong number the second time i called. back the lady who first answered to me that she will connect me directly. Well now, I am just hanging out in the phone. Then Angela from Finch answers, she offers a good maintenance plan. I asked her to explain how I went from one company to the next. She could not offer a good explanation. Wow., so I am done…
