Review: Scam! I had to prepay for person to cone look at my thermostat as it was shorting out. Guy showed up late then tighten the screws on thermostat and said it was fixed. I told him he can’t know that yet because it takes 10 to 20 minutes to turn back off. He assured me it was fine and left. Of course after 10 minutes it shut off. I called and he said he would be back at 10 am the next morning. We started calling them at 11 the next day because they never came back. They finally answered about 4 that afternoon. I’m sure they were tired of me calling. It was going to cost me 350 dollars for them to come BACK out to change out the thermostat. Told them to forget it as I did not want that company back in my house. Of course they did not refund my 129 dollars to tighten a screw.

Review: Just had my new AC unit installed. THEY WERE AMAZING! Done via my home warranty. They came quickly and had it installed in no time. Tech was fantastic! Explained everything and answered all of my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks again!

Review: I called them for service this morning because the fan is not turning on for one of my AC units. I was given a 12PM-3PM service window. At 430PM I called and was told that they had a commercial job they had to finish and that they couldn’t see me today.Now all the other HVAC companies are either closed or no longer have appointment availability today and it’s 97 degrees in that room. If you don’t have the availability then don’t take the job. Highly unprofessional.
