Review: First off my technician Robert was outstanding! He was early to my service call and was extremely professional and thorough in resolving my issue. Also dispatch had my tech out immediately. On a side not my salesman Bruce was amazing again, I called him and asked some questions regarding my warranty and he answered all my questions in clear detail. If I could give more stars I would.

Review: Professional outfit from customer service, sales and throughout the installation. Everything went as scheduled. Only issue was with my existing NEST thermostat (which for some reason did not work and had to be replaced with thermostat that came with the AC).Installation team were punctual, professional, and cleared up afterwards.Would fully recommend.

Review: After purchasing 3 units from the company and being told that the first inspection/service was included with the purchase of a new system I have come to find that is not the case. I don’t like being lied to nor do I appreciate lack of willingness to address the issue by the lady covering the phones. You would think that after a major purchase there’d be some form of customer support. It’s giving car salesman vibes
