Review: I had several estimates before I reached out to Otis, and they both told me I needed to completely redo my ductwork (witch was going to cost a lot!). Otis, on the other hand, was able to repair the existing ducts, and they did it in short order for a fraction of the cost. They also repaired my AC fan motor for a reasonable price which is important because im a pensioner). These guys were first rate!

Review: They are an up to date HVAC provider. They are quick, professional and does honest service! My AC wasn’t cooling and my house was getting pretty warm. I was noticing the humidity was getting close to 80% and I didn’t want to wait. I reached out to Otis Heat and Air. Kristen answered and the tech arrived quickly. He charged the unit and explained that there was a coolant leak. Seeing our age and condition of the system they worked up a replacement system and got us up and running.After all we went through, now my house is comfortable.
