Review: I am so happy I chose Crew to figure out how to resolve our relentless dirty sock syndrome problem. James came first and did the inspection, and we appreciated how well he explained everything along with several options and personal recommendations. He even noticed that we were missing a float switch on the drip pan which both our builders and inspector didn’t catch. Ezekiel came out to install the option we chose (UV air scrubber) and confirmed what else he was going to do (clean the evaporator coils, fog the ducts, and install the float switch). He also gave me clear instructions after completion. As other reviews mentioned, their prices were very fair and they were so nice to waive labor for the float switch since they would already be here for the air scrubber. I can already tell a huge difference in air quality with barely any odor, and know it will just keep improving over the next few days. James, Ezekiel, and Erica were all so friendly and professional, and we will definitely stick with them for our HVAC and heater needs after this positive experience!
