Review: I got a new heating and cooling system with ducts installed two years ago. The service and communication were great. The prices were reasonable. Now, my mom is getting a split unit, and they’re doing an excellent job with it.

Review: I called Wednesday 11/22 to schedule a service and I was told they would come Friday 11/24 which is today. They stated someone would come between the hours of 10-12 and I will receive a call when they are on the way, 12:30 comes around no one calls me. I call, he states there was a scheduling issue but no one called to tell me that. He stated he needs about 5-10 mins to switch some things around and he will call me back. He never called back and also stopped answering the phone. I understand it is Black Friday but communication is key. Will not be recommending
