Review: Update: 01/12/24 – Sean was an outstanding tech! The fresh air make-up dampener replaced and the smart thermostat being reprogrammed due to other parts replacement. O&M all part of keeping the system tuned!Update: 04/05/23 – Trey was our Technician today; very courteous, friendly and professional! We discussed my concerns, and reviewed what he’ll be doing this visit. He performed a comprehensive systems check on the system and adjusted the placement of the Air Scrubber that kicked off due the activation of the safety switch. The Compressor, Condenser and Air Handler were thoroughly inspected. Also performed duct-fogging sanitization. Over all, he did an “OUTSTANDING JOB!!!” Thank you Trey!Update: 09/22/22 – with the maintenance plan in place; we scheduled the maintenance to be performed. Shane B w/SouthCoast Heat & Air did an outstanding job, very much the professional and thorough review of our new HVAC system. Went over the new air handler, compressor condenser and Fresh Air make-up. Great job!Follow up to our final part of install. Maintenance contract in place and sensors installed. Great job Alex! Joe thank Frank for the follow-up on the Electric work! Much appreciated!The story…we purchased our home and 1-month later, existing 5-year old HVAC system completely fails; no cooling w/90-degree temps and rising. Compressor condenser and air handler are rotted and shot. AND after a week, First American Home Warranty completely “FAILS” and denied our claim to repair.The Fix…we look up SouthCoast Heat & Air; already a 5-Star company and called. As indicated, immediate response! Joseph S. met us at our home and completely surveyed the existing system. We go over the options and decide to purchase a complete energy efficient, state of the art HVAC i.e., the full package, Compressor/Condenser, Air-handler, Air Purification variable speed etc..End result…after ordering our system it took only 1-week to receive and a completed full install. SouthCoast Heat & Air is a “Top Notch” company and assuredly deserves our assessment of a 5-Star Rating!Full representation of what they do! Friendly, Honest, Professional, Technical Knowledge and their Team of installers were “OUTSTANDING!” All in all; we couldn’t have asked for better company!Thank you SouthCoast Heat & Air!

Review: This is a great family-owned business. Alex, the owner’s son, evaluated my 20-year old home furnace and gave me all the pros and cons of keeping it or replacing it. He did not try to sell me on a new installation but, instead, explained the benefits of a new furnace versus the benefits of older models. The estimate on a new installation and other options were very detailed with cost of all materials and labor. I decided on a new installation, & Daniel and an associate did all the work. We scheduled a day and time online and updates on their travel to my home were provided. They were very prompt, on time, & completed everything in a couple of hours. They checked everything out to ensure heating was functioning properly before leaving my residence. The company also offers an annual maintenance contract for heating and cooling that I have subscribed to. Cost is very reasonable and includes checking out the A/C in the spring before our summer starts, replacing the furnace filters (I buy the filters at Home Depot), etc. I now know that my HVAC system is in good hands.

Review: Nothing but Great stuff to report on South Coast Heating and Air. Alex, Daniel, and the whole crew were a pleasure to deal with. The original to dismantle and re-install was to be 6 to 8 hours. The crew had it installed and running after only 4 hours. Alex came back to check installation, pressures, temperatures, and customer satisfaction. I am Very Appreciative of the Entire South Coast Crew!
