Review: Hey look at home Depot as a necessity because their powerful money took over a lot of good small family-owned stores. With that being said a lot of stuff is in home Depot a good deal is junk. I think management is concerned about customers service but even more about the bottom line. Let’s face it this is not the 80s anymore when customer service was number one. All in all I continue to go there out of necessity. Attached is a picture of the junk that I bought at home Depot and had a hell of a time with installation.

Review: If it would allow I would give no stars. I have been a dedicated home depot shopper for 50 yrs and Now I am an Ace Hardware shopper. After attitude of paint guy pissed because I was not happy with paint mixed, he didn’t even look at my sample I was asking for just picked something close in computer then had attitude when I was not happy. Had to get a manager to get the color I wanted. Also he said to me not worried about you company pays my salary. How does he think company gets money FROM CUSTOMERS. I am doing several projects for new apartment moved into and Ace is getting my business now. I walk in door people are ready to help walk with me and help me find everything on my list. That is what customer service is and home depot has gotten to big for it britches and forget it is the customer who is most important.

Review: Very friendly staff when you can find them which can be difficult. Use the app to find things, it’s much easier. Clearance section is a joke. I used to get excited to visit it and now I’m disappointed Everytime.I have even seen the big bright clearance stickers showing the clearance pricing HIGHER than the before pricing 🤦🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️

Review: Went in for some rope and couldn’t get any help at all. I asked a random employee walking by, if they could send anyone. He said he would but after 20 minutes I gave up and left. I understand the reason they want employees to cut and tag rope or wire for specific lengths, but I was going to buy a whole spool and couldn’t even get them unlocked. I went over to Stanton’s and even though the rope was not locked up, I still had two people offer to help. They had a better variety and quality rope too.
