Review: Beto from Grady’s came out within the schedule time frame and took the time to explain every service he was going to perform. After efficiently completing the service, he explained the condition in detail and processed the payment on the spot. Overall – great and efficient service with no hassle to the customer. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for A/C services.

Review: They deserve more than a 5 star. Fernando and Gregdon are excellent technicians. Very professional and we’re able to fix my ac/heat the same day. Went to get what they needed and came back in an hour. I would recommend Grady’s over anyone I have ever used in the past.

Review: We are blessed that we came across Grady’s Air conditioning and heating service company. Our upstairs AC went out on a Friday night. Saturday we talked to Jessica. She was very knowledgeable. Very nice, understanding. They sent out a tech Gregden. He explained everything so well he was not here to make a sale. He was here to get the job done. That’s exactly what he did. How hard he worked I felt like he was working on his own home to make sure that we were OK, and that you don’t come across much these days. I am definitely going to continue to use this company. I will be sending, anyone that needs any AC or heating help their way.

Review: I called Grady’s Wednesday morning with a failed AC system not working and keeping or house warn. Set up an appointment same day, they shown up within a few hours. Tech gave the bad news which I already pretty much knew. So we scheduled for a complete new install. This install wasn’t small with all new duct work being installed. They showed up at our house at 7:30 the next morning with 5 and 6 people working. The group of guys all very nice and worked hard and didn’t leave until 10:30pm at night. The system install was all completed and everything all cleaned up. I can actually see and walk all around in my attic which I could not in the past without climbing over many rows of ducts. They completely redesigned my air system. Very nice work and all involved are customer service driven. I highly recommend Grady’s Air & Heat. What stands out is they don’t sub out the installs, it’s all done with in house employees. Thank you Grady’s AC & Heat.
