Review: Installed system with loud defective blower motor. A year and half later, still haven’t replaced it. Blames manufacturer and supply chain issues. Total BS. A reputable company can get a simple blower motor by now. Doesn’t follow through nor keep in touch trying to resolve.. A ten year warranty is only as good as the company backing it. Their answer is to install an aftermarket blower that will void warranty.Service: Install AC

Review: Scheduled an appointment and even contacted them the day of to ensure that they would be there. They indicated they would be there between 4:00 – 4:30. They never showed up or even called to advise they were running late or would need to reschedule. Totally unacceptable, however they are just like all these other companies who no longer care about the customer.

Review: First of all, when I called, someone answered the phone; I didn’t get a voice mail. It was late already and I was just looking to get on the list for the next day if possible. They insisted on coming out even though it was after hours. Armando came out and diagnosed the problem. He got the unit to run through the night and then came back the next day with the needed part to make the permanent repair. Armando showed me what was wrong with the part he replaced. He was a very nice, polite and professional technician.

Review: These guys were courteous, professional, and honest. That is something I have never seen in an AC company! I have used them twice now and have purchased a service contract. I’m a customer for life now.

Review: These guys are first rate! Called because my unit wasn’t cooling properly hoping to get an appointment within a day or two. Instead they were able to come by later the same day and get my unit cooling like it should be! Thanks!
