Review: AL smith son come out and put a brand new condenser unit and evaporator in the attic because he went to 410a Freon and the system has never stopped leaking. He come out once to refill it and instead of fixing it right this guy put a glob of jb weld looking stuff and wasn’t able to ever be fixed right. The second time he came out to refill it his mom sent me a bill (I was working in Dallas) like yeah right I’m gonna pay you $300 dollars every 6 months when I should never have to refill or even adjust Freon pressure for life of the unit! I’d never let this clown work on anything if you want it right that is! If I could rate this clown show a zero star I would, I’d stay clear of this outfit because they stand behind nothing they do but will sure charge you like they will! Clown show!

Review: Dead heat of summer. He arrived shortly after call and found and fixed the problem stat. Highly recommend! A year later: per this companies recommendation I called to set up an annual maintenance. Appointment made no show, no call. Tried again, no call no show. Disappointed.
