Review: Motor went out on the outside A/C unit (it’s only May but it’s hot already – it was 86 inside the house almost as soon as the a/c went out). Prather & Harlan came out within a few hours of me calling. The tech, Archie, was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly, just had to wait on the part, no fault of the company. They called first thing the next day and beat me to the house – was almost finished outside by the time I got there to turn everything on inside. Charged a fair price and I paid exactly what I was quoted. A/C is once again cooling the house! I will definitely call them again, if needed in the future and will recommend them to others!!!Service: A/C system repair

Review: Our ac went out called Prather and Harlan A/C came right out within an hour got running and told us what we needed,got parts ordered. The crew came out today 7/25/2023 installed the new unit in four hours!! Fantastic and professional group of guys. Thank you Carl and crew also Prather and Harlan for a job well done!! Will recommend you to our family and friends.

Review: The people at Prather and Harlan are very nice and seem at least moderately competent. They came out and diagnosed when our AC wasn’t working. They also looked at the other AC unit free of charge. The reason why they get 2 star is because they didn’t follow through with any of their work. After they diagnosed the problem, they were going to look up warranty claims. I called them 3 times to ask about the status and they kept telling me they were looking into it. They came back out to look at the other A/C unit and put dye in the line and said they would come back the next day and never did. They again said they would look into the warranty information and after multiple calls and emails, I eventually gave up and went with someone else. Ultimately, the experience was not bad as they were nice and accommodating, but without actually fixing the problem, I cannot recommend them.

Review: Jammie, Corey and his crew are the best. Called and got an appointment to fit my work schedule. After using 3 different companies and not getting anywhere or AC fixed, Corey correctly diagnosed and quoted a reasonable work order. They arrived on time, actually early on quote day and repair day. Quality of work done was exceptional. Polite and respectful employees. I will use them in the future and recommend them to all. Thanks Mary and Monty

Review: It’s June and my AC wasn’t cooling my house. It’s hot! I called Prather & Harlan. Jeremy and Austin came out, found and fixed the problem. My house was cool within an hour. Great service! I highly recommend this crew and this company! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
