Review: Shoddy work. Disrespectful of others properties. Installed cheaper equipment than what included on the quote. Dishonest.Jon gave a quote on Day 1. We paid 50% deposit on Day 2 because he said he could start right away. He said that he would pay a specialist to measure the room to design a metal duct. But he didnt hire the specialist. The metal duct ended up being too long. They then cut the customized metal duct, smashed them to connect, and covered up with a tape-see picture.He then claimed his work “complete” and wanted 90% payment before he called for inspection and before the system could be turned on. Note that we had pay 50% deposit. We had to explain to him that TX law provides project owners to keep 10% for 30 days after FINAL Completion.We then discovered that the system they installed had a lower seer value than what they quoted.Then, we learned that they did not put in an AC filter for the air return that they just created.After final inspection, we paid most of the invoice. We wanted to test the system before paying the remaining 10%. Guess what, the heater that he installed stopped running after 5 minutes.It took a lot of time to get them correct their shoddy work/ adjust their invoice. As of this moment, the heater is still not running properly.Their crew took our chair to use as a step-up, took our measurement tape, took the garage remotes, and Jon denied them all until we showed evidences. And then he forgot and denied them again.
