Review: We have been happy with the value and work provided by Dr Cool & Professor Heat while installing two replacement units. The first was installed 2020, the second in 2023. In both cases we chose reliable, high efficiency upper end systems (one was a continuously variable Trane and the other was a Mitsubishi heat pump.) Their install prices, including 10 year warranties, beat the competition handily. Dr. C. arrived when promised and completed the work within their estimated windows. The workmanship was generally good; there were issues with removal of the first unit that they came back and mostly addressed. Both were units were installed for the initial estimate. They returned calls promptly, provide the appropriate maintenance at a reasonable cost, and have sent pleasant, competent staff throughout. Based on my experience, I have no hesitation recommending.

Review: I had my water line repaired. This company was awesome! I have dealt with other plumbers that weren’t as attentive and professional. Brendan was the plumber that came out. He was fast and precise! it was a wonderful experience, next time I will ask for Brendan!

Review: I’m so impressed with today’s service appointment! I called earlier this week to request the same tech that my neighbors regularly use…and I’m so glad I did! Eddie Clark is one of the kindest, most thoughtful technicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I’ve only been a member of the “cool club” for about a year and have always thought the technicians that have been out to service my AC and furnace were great…but Eddie goes above and beyond. He is incredibly thorough when doing the inspection and servicing. He takes tons of pics and spends time explaining everything he did and why he did it. He suggested several tips and tricks to make my units last longer.
