Review: Your prompt response to our request for appointment was much appreciated. Your technician was friendly and very courteous. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was inaccurate. Upon hearing the diagnosis and the possible cost for the repair, we decided to get a second opinion. Another A/C company was contacted and revealed a very different diagnosis. Both companies were told about an issue we had in the past concerning the board in the outside unit. The 2nd technician investigated the board and concluded that was the issue. The board was replaced and the unit came back online. Thousands of dollars were saved. I fully understand the age of our system, but all possible issues should be investigated and all options should be presented.

Review: We are so impressed. Mackey Services sent someone to assess our unit the same day I called. They evaluated and gave us a quote which was in line with our expectations and under another quote by $2k. The crew was professional and did quality work. They leveled and lifted and added tie downs and tie ups. Everything was done neatly and well . We were worried about not being able to get warm with the approaching freeze. This new thing is working, maybe a little too good, because I’m feeling a little warm and need to adjust the thermostat now. 😂 I highly recommend this company for HVAC work.

Review: We’ve used Mackey mechanical for many years. They do wonderful work the young man that came out today Mikey was very knowledgeable on questions I asked about our two units. Also talked about a generator install. Hope to have that done soon.

Review: Had issues with my furnace and with the freeze coming it needed to be addressed. Called on a Wednesday and had an appointment Thursday. Heath had the issue diagnosed within 20 minutes. They happened to have the part in stock and had the problem fixed within 3 hours. Exceptional work and very friendly/knowledgeable. Also they are a Lennox dealer. Highly recommend Mackey Services. Will be using them as my primary heating/cooling from now on. Heath is a great technician. Thanks again.
