Review: Not very helpful. Every time I called to speak to manager she was not in at the time. when I asked for individual pricing for parts and labor I was told they don’t do that. As a result my warranty reimbursement was denied. If you need to know pricing better ask before they begin the job.

Review: These people returned my call within a few hours even as busy as they were and helped me with my problems! Told me what parts would cost and labor and gave me advice on different brands and availability of parts and how long of a service life I could expect from different brands and makes. So helpful! Much appreciated.

Review: There is nothing more disheartening than a LOCAL company ignoring you after you give them your business. We had an issue with our a/c, and it hasn’t worked properly since the repair. I’ve called multiple times to no avail. It looks like we will have to call someone else. I would have much more respect if they would just tell me, “we don’t want to come back to your residence.” I guess we got our answer. How sad!

Review: Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this company and will not be working with them again. Service technician was rude and caused more issues than he fixed. Wish I could say differently, but we ended up just wasting our money and having to find another company to fix the issue correctly. Service: Dryer repair
