Review: I’ve used Jay at Du-West quite a few times on an apartment complex with 4 dual zone LG mini splits. When I haven’t used Du-West, the techs generally make a unit fail within a month for not knowing how to properly charge them. Mini splits are very picky, you need to pay someone who really understands how they work if you want them to last. He’s always 100% honest and if he tells you something will fail, it will. He’ll also tell you if you can get a little more life out of the system. Always willing to work with you on repairing an older system though, which I appreciate.Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
