Review: An absolute professional performance! Chris and Julian came into my home, assessed the electrical problem, and gave me the estimate. When I approved the work order, they were quick in the repairs that were needed. They were also BEYOND professional. This is the company for your home service needs, and if needed, I will be utilizing them again!

Review: I had a bad experience with technician Christopher Lessman. Mr. Lessman came to my business for a service call, where I was supposed to receive an estimate first. However, the technician decided to troubleshoot and charged us $250 without giving us the opportunity to decide whether or not to proceed with the work. If you use this company, make sure you fully understand what you are getting into.My second issue was with the General Manager (Joe), who said he was going to call and follow up with me regarding this issue, but no call was made.I was very disappointed with how the company made little or no effort to resolve my issue. I just wanted to talk to someone on the phone about my concerns and was never given that opportunity.

Review: These guys were at my house within a few hours of my first call. Joe did an initial assessment and explained what needed to been done. Chris came afterwards to do the repairs. Both of them were great. One criticism: they should call if there is going to be a delay. If I had not called because no one showed up I would have spent the whole day waiting.

Review: We used Doctor Home Experts to install our new smart exterior lights around our home. Not only did they send out a crew the vary next day. They did an excellent job. Especially Carlos, he took the time to show me how to download and how to use the app to control my new smart system. They even sent him back out back out a few days later when I was having an issue with one light. Carlos did everything he could to make sure I was happy with the service I received. If you’re thinking of using Doctor Home Experts … just do it! You will not regret it.
