Review: A/C went out this summer and we were melting. Fast, same day service for the initial diagnostic. Technician was extremely friendly and very honest. We’d had another technician come out before him that was trying to upsell me on a membership and a bunch of extra things that weren’t necessary. The guy from Bob’s was great. No extra fluff. Quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me the price. Straight to the meat and potatoes.They came out on a Saturday, but weren’t able to order a new compressor for my unit until Monday due to the supplier being closed. We assumed we were stuck in the heat until Tuesday or Wednesday. I called around noon on Monday to make sure the order had been put in and was very happy to hear that our technician had already been able to find the compressor we needed and would be by in a few hours to make the repair. A/C is ice cold again. We were able to sleep comfortably 2 days earlier than id hoped for. Absolute 10/10. We’ll definitely be using Bob’s again… but, hopefully not for a long time though 😅. Oh and one last thing, the repair was over $500 less than what I was quoted from the other company.

Review: We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Bob’s AC. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that takes customer service and satisfaction to such great lengths. Service technicians not only arrived on time but we were kept well informed of their arrival times by a very courteous young lady at the home office. We needed a new evaporator installed. An issue with the warranty was swiftly and fairly resolved, much to our satisfaction, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. Overall, it’s been a pleasure working with Bob’s AC and I will continue to call on them for all our heating and cooling needs. I’d have no problem recommending Bob’s AC to anyone who needs a reliable contractor.

Review: I just had my 4th AC unit installed by Bob’s AC (i have been in my home for 33 years). As always, the installation was quick and clean. 3 hours to install a 5 ton AC and heating unit. I highly recommend Bob’s AC for AC/Heat repair or replacement. Review: When I first saw Bob’s air conditioner shop in League City I told my wife that looks like the old electric company I used to work for and we were hard working and honest and that’s who I’m going to call if I ever have a problem. So I called them when AC wasn’t working and they were able to work me in that day so Lee came and troubleshooted the attic and found the motor was bad. Lee and bobs AC looked up the number on the motor and found it was still under warranty. 1 1/2 hr later I was cooling again. Thanks to Lee and the honesty of Bob’s AC I didn’t have to replace my whole unit. I will definitely be using them in the future.
