Review: I called Turbo to have my heater checked. Ronnie showed up and spent a good amount of time inspecting the unit and found the problem. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain what was going on. He also took the time to show us a few other things that would improve our system and help prevent future issues. I was very appreciative that he thoroughly explained it all and helped us to understand what was going on with our HVAC. Review: Chris came to our house today, much earlier than expected which was great! He was very kind, respectful and informative. Fixed our busted pipe straight away. Review: I had an A/C system that was in bad shape. The tech called me and laid out all my options for both repairing the existing system or replacing it. I opted to replace the system and they worked with me on price to get to a range that was more comfortable, along with financing the new system. They were able to install a new system within a few days and they communicated well. The condenser is also mounted on my roof and they installed a new stand for the condenser, patched the roof, and installed the new condenser as well. Overall very happy with Turbo and intend to use them again in the future.Service: A/C system repair

Review: They installed a mini split AC system for me. The installation was great. But now I have a problem and they are literally impossible to get in touch with. I call and get an answer from Miguel who tells me someone will call me back but nobody does. They are happy to take 10 grand for the install, but if you need support after the fact, good luck. I personally will never use them again.** I received a response from the owner asking me to contact them to discuss the issue. Did you read my review?
