Review: Not only did Air Integrity help me through deciding when it made the most sense to replace my old system, they have fully supported the new one, AND when my aging home suddenly surprised me by needed a new roof, they were able to refer me to the PERFECT roofing company, too. Birds of a feather really do stick together. Good folks, fair and square-dealing, and a joy to see when the responsibility of home-ownership throws unpleasantness into your life.

Review: After another company came out and charged for a diagnosis, we were quoted $8000.00 to replace the condenser, or $13,000.00 for the whole new system. I thought it might be best if I just ordered a new condenser since it was only $2,000.00 for a new backward compatible one. While searching for a technician to install it I found this company’s owner through Coastal HVAC Supply, and Roger came out very quickly. He thought it might be best if he took a quick look to verify the compressor was bad and found it only needed a capacitor, a very quick fix since he had a new one in his truck. We suffered several days in 95 degree heat without A/C because of the unethical and/or incompetent technician from the first company. What a treasure to find an honest and competent technician. I highly recommend Roger and Air Integrity and I won’t use anybody else!Service: HVAC system repair
