Review: I can’t say enough good things about this company and Samer. My experience was wonderful. I called at 6pm on a weekday after coming home and discovering my AC was not working. Samer tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone to save me money. It turns out it needed further investigation, so he came over immediately to resolve the issue which he did not have to do since it was already later in the day. I can always tell when I am working with someone who has integrity and honesty. Samer took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the troubleshooting process. He stayed late to make sure my AC was back up and running again and charged a more than fair amount for the repairs. He will be my go to for now for any HVAC needs. I highly recommend him, and his company!

In addition, he gave me many advices on how to better maintain my system. Review: S.K. Responded to our request for services immediately. Spent time diagnosing the issue and was able to fix on the spot. Explained the issues well and changed out our air filters as I was not able to go upstairs to do so.

Review: This company was sent out by my home warranty company (210 home warranty) for a second opinion as the first company informed me that I’d need a new system. Granted, the system is 13 years old and I expected some maintenance issues to be popping up at this time. However, Samer, with Refined Air Cooling and Heating, was fantastic! He explained everything to me and informed me about things I can do to enhance the maintenance of my HVAC system to extend the life of the condenser unit! He even texted to make sure everything was functioning properly today (the day after).
